Allied Bank Limited has always been at the forefront to support social welfare initiatives aiming towards the well being of humanity. In the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, ABL salutes the front line medical workers who are serving our nation day and night even at the risk of being infected themselves. In order to help protect the healthcare heroes, an amount of Rs. 3 million was donated to Dow University of Health Sciences Karachi to procure PPE for their Doctors & paramedical staff, diagnostic kits, research & patient care.
The cheque of Rs 3 million was presented by Mr. Adnan Kamal (Group Head South 1) to Prof. Mohammed Saeed Quraishy, Professor of Surgery & Vice Chancellor, Dow University of Health Sciences.
